  • 1 cup pineapples (finely chopped)
  • 3 tbsp pineapple juice/syrup
  • 3 cups cream (chilled)
  • 1/4 cup sugar

How to Make Eggless Pineapple Pastry

Prepare the cake sponge:

  1. Take flour and baking powder and shift it, then transfer it into a mixing bowl.
  2. Now it’s time to add the sugar, salt, butter, vanilla, and water.
  3. Use a wooden spoon or spatula to beat the mixture well.
  4. Then, take the yogurt and add it to the cake batter. Then beat until creamy and smooth. Now, transfer it to the prepared cake tin.
